It would be my desire to make the process as simple as possible for the new owner, myself, and most of all the babies.
To be placed on the NOTIFICATION list is free. Just email me and I will keep you abreast on the litters that come and are coming. I really don’t care if you are just curious or just like to look at pups. If you want to know, I will be glad to keep you posted.
The first thing I will ask of you when you decide you would like a pup from me is to fill out the APPLICATION found in a link to the left. I don't give my complete address until I have the application. I also ask for you to friend me on Facebook, so we can get to know each other that way. After getting to know you a bit, I would more than welcome a visit to see my dogs and the babies.
Once the application is received and accepted you may place a deposit of $250 to be in line to pick if you would like. The PICK OF THE LITTER LIST deposit is nonrefundable, assumming I have the pup you placed a deposit for. The deposit is transferable if it just doesn't work for you at that time.
When a litter is 3/4 weeks old, I will ask those in line to choose to start picking their pups. At that time an additional deposit of $250 to secure that specific pup is due. That is a total of $500 at that time that goes toward the total cost of the pup.
I prefer Zelle for payment but also accept Walmart money grams, personal checks, U.S. Postal Money orders, Western Union, and cash for deposits and balance. If you wait until pickup to pay, it will need to be cash.
Puppies must be paid for and cleared in full before they leave my home. I do ask for 7.5% state tax to satisfy Uncle Sam.
The puppies are on limited registration UNLESS we otherwise agree in writing. It is typically an additional $500 for full Breeding rights.
Puppies can be selected at any time by pictures. I try to update at least every two weeks: birth, two, four, and eight weeks as that is when we will see distinguished growth. Every week will not show significant differences. Pups can have a physical visit by appointment at or after about 4 weeks old.
If you prefer that a pup not have the tail cropped (we do a long crop) or dew claws removed the pup needs to be selected and paid in full before the pup is three days old;
Pick up and/or delivery needs to be between the 8th and 9th week, unless otherwise agreed upon. I am pretty flexible and am willing to work with you but I do need for you to be communicative and plan ahead. A lack of planning and communication will be a hardship for both of us in the end and is something we really can prevent.
I reserve the right to charge $25 per day after the 9th week for room and board, unless otherwise agreed upon.
You are responsible to let me know if your contact information has changed. If I have tried to contact you with no response, within three days, I reserve the right to skip over you in line or let the pup go to someone else.
Please clarify times with me before making solid plans to pick up you pup to be sure that I am home and available. Please do not arrange for pickups on Sundays. Thank you for respecting that.
My shipping day is Thursday and I will make arrangements for that for you. It takes planing; probably a week or so to make arrangements to fulfill all requirements. See details in the left tab.
If you are using a land courier, I may be able to help with that but I will refer them to you. You need to make the actual arrangement. You do need to have your courier/transporter to contact me to clarify a pick-up time. Also see details in the left tab.
After exploring my site feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 614-589-8991 for more information. I will respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
